We are changing the format of our skill sessions, they will still be on Wednesday at 7:00pm, it will still be a 6 week cycle. The change will be in how you pay for it, it will still be priced at Five pounds per session but you will pay Thirty Pounds up front. This week Coach Tom will be starting a 6 week Pull Up cycle.
