Getting started is easy. Just contact us and attend your FREE TASTER session. This session lasts around 30 minutes and gives an insight into the following;

THE ATHLETE PATHWAY PROGRAM
Before you attend our classes, we would like you to spend some time with one of our qualified CrossFit coaches, 3 sessions lasting 45 minutes each. This will enable us to take you through some of the fundamental movements in CrossFit, and help to make sure everything you do with us is done so correctly and safely.
This time will give us a chance to get to know each other and talk about your goals, how we can help you and to see if there are any mobility or movement issues we can help you fix.
JOIN THE CLASSES
We pride ourselves in offering a fantastic environment to train, with experienced coaches that can guarantee you will get the maximum bang for your buck out of the 60 minute sessions. We also pride ourselves in getting the very best from our athletes, that's why we program one WOD a day in order for you guys to give 100% all the time! every time!
You will meet our members and realise what a great bunch they are, supportive, (some) funny and always willing to lend a hand. You will no doubt make new friends forged in fitness!
